Anytime you are aggressive or violent,

You are paying the perils of ignoring the consequences of anger,

Through your mind and body.

Anytime you feed fuel to your anger,

You are spoon feeding destructive jabs to your soul on a constant basis.

Anytime you do not control or manage your anger,

You are swimming in an endless sea of darkness.

Anytime you have an outburst of anger,

You are swallowing a bitter pill by choice.

Anytime you point a finger at others for the cause of your anger,

You are forgetting that anger has gripped your mind and body with strong vise-like arms,

Causing your entire being to live in a toxic purgatory.

Anytime you say, you have a right to your anger,

The consequences of anger to your being does not care where the cause lies,

It is like a pot calling kettle black,

Swirling in an endless cycle.

So, you should be on your toes to keep anger at bay,

To be healthy,

To be positive,

To effectively communicate,

To be constructive,

To be inspirational to others,

To be a keeper of lightness in your heart.

Thus, escape like a bat out of hell,

Next time anger tries to burst out of you.

Next time anger tries to befriend you and becomes you,

Remember, anger gobbles up one’s soul.

Hold on for dear life on slamming the brakes on anger,

By trying to smell anger a mile away,

So that you can fight tooth and nail when it approaches you,

Resulting in creating anger-free natural reaction.
