Behind your deepest fear are thousands of people going through the exact same thing.
The thing that you are resisting is the thing that will create a better version of you who is not afraid to face his demons.

Your emotional resistance is the path to your success in life.

From picking up the phone and talking to that person you have not talked for a while to ask for a raise. From talking to a stranger to facing your fear of driving your car. From sitting in front of a class to engaging in conversations. From daring to follow your passion to quitting that unworthy job. From forgiving that person who hurt you to let go of the resentment you have been carrying for so long. From leaving a bad relationship to re-starting again.
Have you ever felt like you had enough of this thing that is controlling you because you are petrified to face it and conquer it?
The thing that you fear could be:
Asking a woman/man out for a date.
Raising your hand in a classroom and asking a question.
Confronting that person who has wronged you.
Getting a new job that you deserve.
Leaving a relationship that you are not happy about.
Asking for a promotion from your boss that you feel you deserve.
Taking your hobby seriously alongside your main job.
Daring to earn money from your own gifts like writing, painting, etc.

We fear.
We doubt.
We resist.

We want to conquer everything we are afraid of but we turn our back on our emotional resistance because not facing our fear gives us comfort. Because we have not faced our fear, we believe that we will fail under every circumstance.
Rather than facing the thing we are afraid to do, we turn our back on it and try to move on.
But we do not move on.
We still want. We still want to conquer every kind of fear we are facing. We still want to triumph. We still want to come out to the other side.
We just do not know how.
There is only one thing that we can do: Face the fear.

“I am attacking anything that I’m scared of.” Will Smith
“The quality of your life is in direct proportion to the amount of uncertainty you can comfortably deal with.” Tony Robbins
“You could potentially learn about yourself in five minutes embracing your fears than you could be reading 100 books. The best meditation is facing emotional resistance.” Benjamin Hardy

I have a desire to be a great writer but nothing happens till I write. I want to earn money from my writing but nothing happens till I take the risk and put my writing out there. Look, I can talk all day and even a whole year on how I love writing and want to be a great one but that does not do anything for me —— What helps is facing my fear and taking action ——What helps is writing every day and publishing what I write ———-What helps is facing my emotional resistance every day ——–
So, do not let your fear take you away from what you want.
· Do you want to start your own business but are too afraid? Face your fear. Start your business and one day, your fear will be a distant memory or at the very least a comfortable companion.

· Do you want to improve your relationship but are too afraid to rock the boat? Face your fear. Take the initiative and start the dialogue that is long overdue.

· Do you want something but are too afraid to even try to achieve that thing? Face your fear. The fact that you want that thing should tell you that you should walk towards it rather than turning your back on it.

“If someone shines a light on your demons, don’t flip the light of, expel the demons.” Sean Kernan
