Hope you are Superb,
If I want to spend a particular day stress-free and happy, I must focus on what specific things to accomplish on that day. Rather than going through the day unfocused and randomly doing things – I plan ahead for the day.
If I want to have a fruitful conversation, I must focus on the main agenda of the conversation. What have I accomplished in this conversation? Why do I feel like I am missing out the main point? These are questions that can be answered if I know beforehand WHAT TO FOCUS ON when I am having conversations.
It’s not so much because the universe conspires in my favor but because I am aiming on one task at a time – I am accomplishing that particular task with a much needed EFFECTIVENESS.
In MY Article about ‘The Most Useful Life Hack in studying’, I have written that only FOCUS separates those who are successful from those who are not.
I show with analogy how SINGLE-MINDEDNESS is the key to accomplishing anything with the utmost efficiency and effectiveness.
You can read my article here. The concept of focusing works not only for studying – but for everything. From the simplest of tasks to the most complicated ones.
Talking about focus, it’s OK if you want to do many things in life. But if you do not plan how you are going to do these things and focus on one thing at a time – the spontaneity will make you erratic and ineffective.
It is not that you are not trying. You are trying too many things. You are doing too many things. At the same time.
It is up to you to observe the red flags.
See the storm lurking behind you.
You are not a machine. You can’t be successful at all those things. That kind of thinking makes you numb. Comfortably numb.
At the end of the day, don’t be surprised if your trials at many things end up resulting in nothing.
The immense strength that is hiding inside you will forever be hidden – UNLESS you do what is humanely possible. Give all your strength and focus on one thing at a time.
You should convince your mind that doing many things at the same time and expecting to be good at them is a fantasy.
A fleeting fantasy. Frail and flimsy.

Focus. Be focused. You will go far, if you carry this truth with you and apply it every day.
Letting go of all those tasks you are holding and focusing on one task is the greatest show of strength. Of grit. Of worthy risk.
And of success.
Focus.
Do one thing at a time.
Give your entire being on a particular task.
Assume the success of any work depends on the level of focus you have given to it.
Whatever you try, give it your full attention.
Do not hold on to many things at the same time.
Conclude – concentrating on one thing at a time is the fastest way of doing and being successful at that particular thing.
